--You are getting so good at holding your own bottle and you are getting better at the sippy cup too.
--You now know and can point out my "nariz" and "boca" (nose & mouth) and this morning you seemed to get "pelo" and "orejas" (hair & ears) as well, though not as consistently.
--You are learning the sign for "more" (You probably would have learned it sooner, but your mommy wasn't very good at remembering to use it with you). It is now a fun game for you to get a bite of cereal in the morning and immediately sign for more. Your version of the sign is a lot like your clap, but you just smack your hands together one time, and more forcefully than when you clap (my girl is serious about food!)
--You understand "stand up" and "sit down" in English and Spanish.
--You offer your bottle to others so they can have some, then get a big smile when they pretend to drink from it.
--You put Mommy's phone up to her ear so she can talk on it, then sometimes you say "Dada!" (since that's often the person Mommy is talking to on the phone)
--Sometimes when Mommy is checking her email, you start saying "Dada" because you want her to minimize Outlook so you can see the picture of her and Daddy on the computer's "wallpaper."
--Yesterday when we went to the park, you saw the swing and started bouncing in my arms and making excited noises.
You are so fun, Miss Evangeline!! Mommy & Daddy love you very much!
Here's an old picture from December of you enjoying one of your favorite foods: requeson (cottage cheese):

It is so fun to keep track of all of their fun accomplishments! You think you'll always remember, but how soon you forget!
I am very impressed with the Spanish--WOW!
:)
Love,
Jen
