Here are mine for this stage:
Bumbo seat (grab it fast...I bet they'll be hard to find and will get snatched up quick!). I registered for (and received) the Bebe Pod chair. I liked it, but really the Bumbo is worth the extra cost. I am now borrowing one (thanks, Christy!!) and Evie is much less Humpty Dumpty in it. The Bebe lets her slump and she continues that slump when I try to get her to sit up on her own.

Not a "must have" but I found a mobile that matched her nursery perfectly and only cost us $4. So look for bargains like that.

Clothes: For girls: I HIGHLY recommend dresses that are really onesies with a skirt attached. I bought several dresses that were the dress with separate "bloomer." They are cute but when I held her, there was always skin showing and I had to keep pulling her dress down (It wasn't modesty but it just seemed uncomfortable and made it hard to hold her)

I'll add more if I think of them...

Johny Jump Up with little or NO tray

Activity mat

The activity centers that the babies 'stand up' in. If you can find one that the kid can rotate themselves in or walk back and forth, SUPER bonus.

Swing. Bought mine for half price at a sale, and USED IT TILL IT DIED on me and I literally cried when it died.

The toy that has the shapes that you put into the shaped holes... They love to use that at so many stages and it really grows with them.

My little boy LOVES little people.

The Bumbo seat did not work for us... But that is because Lucas is SOOOOOOOO like me and is very intensely trying to be like the big boys and run and maybe even crawl as FAST as possible... so I used the bumbo for LESS than a month.

For boys, I am always on the lookout for just shirts, as in not a onsie, so that Lucas can show off his super cute cloth diapers.

I would say zip up pajamas. They are SO expensive in the stores... and my guy is whiny and tired at night, so snaps are NOT worth the fight, just ZIP and we are done.

I preferred the flannel burp clothes to any other kinds I tried. They are thin, fold up nicely (don't take up a lot of space) and absorbent enough. Also since I slept with Lucas for the first few months, I could lay one under us and it would not get all crumpled up in the night like the other ones would.

These don't work for everyone, but Grace and I LOVED the Baby Bjorn. They are super expensive brand new, but I had gotten mine on EBay for 1/2 off ($40). We originally bought a brand new Snugli and did not care for it at all--too many straps. The Bjorn was easy and very comfortable for us.
